There is nothing I like. The hotel is quite worn out not decorated. There was work undertaken during our stay at the hotel. Housekeeping was not satisfactory because they did not empty the bin and no shower gel in the bathroom which is very small. A big guy will not be able to move around.

    Very good

The location of this hotel is great and the rooms were perfect for what we wanted which was a one night stop over

We felt that the breakfast could have better. We were not greeted in the morning, the toast was cold and the food options very limited

    Fabulous

The BEDroom, the beds were more than big enough and the room was very clean

The bathroom was actually to small, but although well maintained

    Fabulous

For a budget hotel this has to be one of the best. If you want your own room albeit small it had all the necessary stuff, bed was comfortable and room was OK the staff friendly and helpful managed to get aan alarm call and leave my bags whilst attending an interview at the U.S. embassy.

Only real complaint was the lack of hot water in the shower at 6:30 am. a slight issue was breakfast from 7:30 too late for me.

Very very small room. No AC can be very hot! Front desk was not friendly. They even charge for using the computer in the lobby!

The wall in my room even has blood! they did not even clean the hair in the bathroom!

    Very good

The staff were friendly and the location in Bayswater was great for our needs. The breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately a double bed in a single room does not work! It was the smallest room we stayed in during our month-long trip to France, Switzerland and London.

    Very good

Small room indeed! With a shared bathroom too. But I have been to worse rooms in boarding schools and colleges' accommodation! The bathroom was clean, strong shower. Towels were given. My room was cosy with comfy bed. There was also a luggage room and a lift. But probably just best for staying 1-3 nights.

Hi There We were not too happy with Leisure Inn because we were given a very small room for three adults and a baby. They didnt allow us to see the room before checking in though we requested. We didnt have any space to keep the luggage and had to make my infant son sleep on the floor. The room was in the basement with no ventilation. We wanted to check out but they said they have to check with the manager and that he would rarely be available.Waited for days but couldnt see him. Not child friendly, Then they shifted us to another room later with single cots joined to make a double that was moving away in the night so that one of us kept falling down.Too exopensive for 950 Pounds for 9 nights.

    Location

Their was no hot water for the first night, after getting the maintenance man in to look at the problem, the next day he informed me that the pipes were the wrong way around, even after the problem had been identified the water was still cold and the receptionist advised me to allow the water to run for 10 mins as other people may be using the water and this affects the system!!! The room was tiny and was very stuffy to sleep in. Only a few TV channels worked but i had given up trying to ask for assistance as i was still trying to find a shower that worked!!!! Toast, tea, coffee, cheese, boiled eggs and a couple of choices of cereal was breakfast, but you where lucky if you could get a seat for this feast, a tiny room in the basement was jokingly named the restaurant. There were 2 staff members who actually showed signs of life, Receptionist, Monica and a nice man who had a german accent (never got his name) the rest of the staff had constant frowns on their faces, very miserable & unfriendly considering they are dealing with paying guests! This place is in serious need of management, breakfast needs looking into, repairs and upkeep of the place needs to be sorted and the staff need to be trained in Customer service.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

good location and the yogurt for breakfast

Quite pricey for the value you get - very small rooms, you have to wait at least 20 minutes for warm water in the shower, towels with holes in them. However, what really made upset was a note from the cleaning service we found the next day stating that if we leave any stains from make-up on the towels again they will charge us 10 Pound per each towel. We found that quite outrages as you could easily wash the stains with cold water (there is no warm water unless you wait 20 minutes). We complained at the reception but instead of an apology they we trying to come up with some funny reasons why that note was justified.
